Bioceram started out as St Andrews Dental Lab in 1994 and over the last 2 decades has kept a foot in the door towards the latest technology available to the dental industry which has allowed us to become the brand we are today. The innovation that has brought us to speed with consumer expectation is what has kept us in the game for so long.
Here at Bioceram, we specialise in the fabrication of full ceramic dental restorations, all implants from all systems, all porcelain fused to metal restorations and also the construction of removable prosthetics (dentures).
In the Full Ceramic department we are working with the 3shape 3D Scanner, the Cercon Brain Expert, our 5-axis, fully automatic milling system from Degudent, completing the process with the Cercon HeatPlus. With our system we can fabricate crowns, bridges and implants with your choice of either a simple staining technique for Full Contour Zirconia or your typical Porcelain Fusing for a realer finish. We can also arrange for custom made abutments with our Implant partners.
In the PFM department, we work with Semi-Precious metals and can always arrange Precious and Non-Precious work by request. We're willing to take on all cases, not just the easy ones, but also the hard ones that others won't do.
